Hi there! Let me start by saying Thank you for your interest in my work! You have found my passion. From the time I wake up, to the time I pass out, I am either creating or thinking about creating.

I like to call myself a walking contradiction because I am a rule following, free spirit, non-tree hugging, tree hugger that is financially driven but would rather give everything away than have someone have to struggle to afford something they love. I think this constant right brain/left brain struggle is what keeps me so busy and what keeps those around me always asking “what is she going to do next”.

I am a born and raised Floridian. I studied Visual Arts at Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts for 6 years. Then I went to UCF for Criminal Justice. I started my serious career as an adult felony Probation Officer and ended as the Director of Assets Protection at Target. My husband is a funny hunk and together we have 2 children who are also funny, and are also artists!

I left my serious travel career in 2019 so that I could be more present (I was traveling out of state 3-4 days a week). A friend introduced me to the amazing owners at Palm Beach Wholesale Flowers and I convinced them to hire me. I get inspired at my day job and create with my kids all night. I usually create by painting on literally any surface but every 3 years or so Jon (the hubs) and I buy an old house and completely renovate it, so my energy goes to that because I refuse to not DIY. We were taught to do all the house stuff by my amazing Step Dad, Benny. He’s 83 and it takes all my strength to keep up with him (not because I am lazy but because he is just that dang amazing)! No matter what I want to do, Benny has the tool, the know how, and most importantly he is willing to teach us. We’ve renovated 4 houses together and built a ton of custom furniture. Like me, he’s always up for a new project. He’s a precise Engineer and I am a dreamer artist so together we’ve built some really cool stuff!

To sum it all up (thanks for reading along thus far), after 43 years, I have found my creative identity. It’s in the change. I love something new, I hate to be bored, I love to create, when I don’t create I become really cranky, like that type of cranky that you become when you stop eating carbs.
So cheers to creating, and carbs!
